I will start this scenario soon and I'm a bit concerend because one of the PCs is a Demorthen. Do you see a way he is sccepted as a guest, though he won't be willing to participate during the prayers?
Or may Garan force him to leave immediatelly?

As long as he is quiet and does not try to start something, I believe the residents of the Monastery would have no problem welcoming him. Of course, they will probably try to convince him of the virtues of the faith in the One, but the way I see it, they will not be to overt or pushy lest they start antagonizing him.
Of course, how tolerant the residents of the Monastery will be is up to you, but I don't think a Demorthèn would be kicked out of the Monastery, particularly for the sake of the scenario! The relationships between the Demorthèn and the Thuatians could be tense, but cordial... though the seeds of suspicion should definitely be there!

Ok, thanks. We will start Saturday in a week and I'm looking forward when he is firstly invited to the prayers. If I understand it correctly all guests have to participate (at least have to be there) on most of the prayers?

The monastery as I understand it is very close to the Vale of Dearg even if it is supposed to be on the north side of the border. It is a place that offers sanctuary to many, including criminals, refugees, and even those of Talkeride blood, probably being the ethnicity most commonly associated with the Demorthen faith (though Reizhite Demorthen do exist). I expect that Clovis is right, in that they would not turn away someone of a different faith, since they are not intent on being malicious. It is against their faith after all, and while they may try to persuade others to join into their religion, they are not going to reject help or those seeking refuge. You could use another famous NPC to give them backing, or as Clovis suggests, he could just stay quiet about his beliefs and avoid any conflict or arguments that might spark. Does this Demorthen have high Conviction or Combativeness? If so, that might be the only case that the player character's personality might become a problem.

I don't remember the scenario by heart, but the way I see it, all guests would be strongly encouraged to participate. Those who would refuse to do so wouldn't be kicked out or shunned (particularly if they're in need of help), but it would definitely be frowned upon, and the residents would certainly whisper behind their backs!
