Les Ombres d'Esteren - Forum officiel

Hi, ive recently joined the forum but have been running several Esteren games since the release, and are currently running a major campaign of my own creation. Both my players and I feel like its interessting enough to warrant sharing it, however, im unsure how to present the plot in a way thats digestible.

The gist of it is ghosts of warlords from the time of the founding are responsible for a lot of different events across the peninsula, and is steadily growing even more powerful from the disruption and chaos that is brewing.

Themes i have been going for is:
War & deception
Corruption of power (demorthen, occultists and temple)
Death and ghosts
Feondas and rebellions
Pestilence and diseases

there are currently 5 big ghostly warlords, each responsible for a spesific theme, which is split into 2-5 different smaller scenarios, and each of these smaller scenarios would be equivalent of a canvas. In addition to a lot of the sideplots ive created, ive racked up a total of 75 different plots that could be used.

I could write down a LOT of canvases for this major plot, but its a lot of work, so im unsure how to present my creation in a way that might make other GMs interessted in borrowing ideas from, or the creators being inspired by (inspiration is a big deal and if i could help the creation of something interessting, i would be overjoyed )

I would definitely be interested in looking at what you have created!

I guess the simplest way to go would be to write down the premise of the whole thing, so that GMs could see whether that sounds like something they might be interested in.

Then, once you've set down the basics, you can go ahead and provide the scenarios that would make up your campaign as you played it out.

The important thing is to keep as clear a thread as possible, potentially with game aids on the side, dedicated to specific locations, events, creatures, or Characters.

Sounds like a good idea, but ive not managed to write much up just yet, however, i thought it could share my notes from Onenote so far and let people see a lot of the content created so far (but not all of it, as small details are in my head, which have been developed over the course of the game im running)
