Well, at any rate, you're free to use your pronunciations if you want. I guarantee that there won't be club-wielding Esteren agents to knock at your door if you do!

Jokes aside, it's true such a guide could prove to be a good way for prospective players to get a better feel of the universe, so I kinda understand why the idea is so popular. That was unexpected though...

Despite being a Farl for the first KS I think I'm going to save my pennies for the next one. Yes I want a gm screen and a book of book 0 would be handy but I've already got it in PDF. I feel that once I've played through the adventures I won't be referring to it so much. Could do with some more character sheets as they are so pretty but not much else to tempt me.

We've done our best to set up a Kickstarter where everyone could pick what suited them, with the possibility of nearly tailor-made pledges, but I can understand that you don't feel like investing more money for now... although I can honestly certify that all the products are top-quality and are worth having them.

However, in the end, what matters is that everyone can have fun and properly enjoy the universe of Esteren, so if for you, things are alright as they are so far, then keep it up!

I'm still watching the KS and haven't made up my mind completely. I agree the products I've had so far are fantastic! I'm thinking not doing this one means I can justify going big on the next one (fingers crossed there will be a next one).

Seeing this KS will be providing at least a PDF of an expanded Book 2 Travels, and has a March 2013 delivery unless you can already use the French version of the books it could be a long wait to see the next KS and this one will essentially finish the current books in English.

In short don't wait

As I was reading the responses to the poll it occured to me why it went that way; Book 0 is a DM resource at heart so most backers are probably DMs.

The original path was lots of pictures and stuff.

Path 2 was lots of DM tools and the same other stuff.

Lots of DMs want all those extra tools far more than they want those pictures.

I may be missing something as book 2 only seems to be available at 1k and higher? That would be handy but I don't have that cash about.

Also was looking forward to finding out what the High Shadow PDF was at 40k but guess not. Please tell me it wasn't something I really want!

These are the global amounts of money which have to be collected in order to unlock the steps.
It is unrelated to the sum you donate.
Global amount is currently above 35k IIRC.
Advantages depending on how much you contribute are detailed in the rightmost column, under corresponding numbers and donator's titles.

The "Lord of Shadows" pledge includes the Book 2 Travels in French only.

About Book 2 Travels in english, if we hit 50k, Farl collector and above will get a free copy of PDF Book 2 Travels when it will be available, next spring I guess.

We are working on the update... but basically "High shadow" new bonus gives to Farl and Tuaille all the advantages of the High shadow pledge : so now Farl an Tuaille get PDF Map of Tri-Kazel + PDF Leader screen + PDF “Clues” + All the PDFs that will result from this Kickstarter's Stretch goals.
