I never had the chance to use Kickstarter before, so here are some questions for you guys.

1) Let's say I ask for the "Farl Collector" pledge and I also want to had the "Book 2 - Travels" option. I pledge a total amount of 135$ and select the Farl Collector pledge... but how or when do I get to select the additional options?

2) If I understand well, I can change my pledge anytime during the funding period?

3) Is there any chance to see the Game Leader's kit (screen, gaming aids, etc.) as an option?

That's correct! At the end of the campaign, you will be sent a survey to list your options, so make sure your total pledge matches the sum of your basic pledge + your options!

Of course. I don't see why you couldn't.

That's a possibility is there is enough demand! So if you want it to become true, mention it in the Kickstarter comments! If a lot of subscribers want a Game Leader kit Option, we'll give them a Game Leader kit Option!

It's good to have the Ard-Amrach pledge level for those who supported previous kickstarters and just want the new stuff, but as someone who missed out I want everything please!

Yeah, we try to keep everyone as satisfied as possible... while taking into account what is logistically feasible, of course!
