Les Ombres d'Esteren - Forum officiel

Bonsoir,

Ayant découvert le jeu il y a de ça un bon bout de temps je me suis dis qu'il serait temps que je m'inscrive sur ce forum ^^
Pour la petite description, j'ai découvert les Ombres d'Esteren (et le jeu de rôle par la même occasion) à la Comic Con 2011 et j'ai tout de suite accroché au concept.
J'ai après un certain nombre de parties décidé de me mettre à la place du MJ et j'ai même participer à plusieurs conventions au sein de la Ligue Ludique tel que la LudiXperience, Paris est Ludique, la Comic Con 2012 et tout récemment au Salon Fantastique ! Conventions ou j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer pas mal de membres de la team Esteren

Du coup j'espère pouvoir continuer à faire plein de parties des Ombres que ce soit en joueur ou MJ et je souhaite une bonne continuation à l'équipe Esteren !

Sorry for my lack of French. McShane here. I've been gaming away down here in sunny Melbourne, Australia, for nearly three decades. Played too many systems to count. I'm lucky to have a had a really solid core group to play with, and Melbourne seems blessed with lots of roleplayers, so I've always found someone to play or run games with.

I got switched on to SoE by the first Kickstarter. I loved the art, the solid background and the verisimilitude they evoked, so I got copies for my whole group. Unfortunately, being a teacher, time to finish reading the book is hard to find, so actually playing it will have to wait until post-holidays.

Hello!

Same as McShane, I am sorry for my lack of French. My name is Erich, and while I've lived everywhere from Singapore to Toronto, I currently play from the city of Manila in the Philippines. Tabletop RPGs have been a huge part of my life for the last twenty years, and I've been lucky to have found a steady gaming group even all the way out here in South-East Asia (a truly difficult feat, but somehow managed).

I fell in love with Esteren in the first Kickstarter and have been following it loyally. Everything about the game is beautiful, and Nel is a wonderful man who I am thankful to be given the chance to converse with. My group hasn't started playing Esteren yet, but we hope to remedy that in 2013--my French game master is reading the original French books now to hopefully put something together for us next year. Very exciting.

It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance, all. Cheers everybody and thanks for having me!

People from Australia, from the Philippines... it's really great that the community has members from so many different places; it really stresses the feeling of belonging to something grand!

It is really amaizing to see people from all around the world which are sharing the same kind of interest and passion than us for this beautiful game. Welcome on board Don't worry for your lack of french words : here we are speaking the nature's language and everyone is able to understand it with his heart

Some people could say that we also speak the alcohol's language but they are liars. We just often go to the pub to relax after our adventures
