Well... the fact that the previous content still be there in the next Kickstarter depends of what you exactly wait for (normal edition or special edition for example)...

... For the limited edition, it is not so easy... because the last limited edition of Book 1 are already sold... They were in the Osta-Baille collector :

The best you can actually have, is "Amrach collector" (14 of 45 left) or "Tuaille collector" (44 of 50 left) : both have the Loch Varn tiles... Or you take the tiles as an option for $20...

I cannot answer for the detail (it's far to early, but you know everey Kickstarter has its own identity and is different from the other, but there are always somme common points, and some unique surprises

Then the answer is yes! "Dearg" and "The Monastery of Tuath" also include in-depth descriptions of the eponymous locations, so that you can make your scenarios as life-like as possible!

Rest assured that in that regard, these books will not disappoint, and will assuredly be more than just scenarios. "A Life Choice" (in Book 2) should give you a pretty good idea of how this is handled.
