C'est exactement ça.
Les boutons radio ce sont un type de bouton sur une page web où il ne peut y en avoir qu'un de sélectionné à la fois (par opposition aux cases à cocher).
Apparemment il n'y en a que 5 pour 7 livres.

The vote gives you (normaly) 7 book names and for each you can vote for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 points.

So, you can give 5 points for your prefered one, and 3 for two other... and 1 or maybe nothing for those that really don't interest you.

At the end, we'll make the summ of the points for each book, the one which become the more points is elected. That means, a book that is 2nd or 3nd for many, many backers has good chances to be chosen. This vote system looks for a balanced result...

Sorcerer do access to magic

For occultists, it's more variable, a lot of them are scholars but may knows rituals and technics (exorcism, hypnosis....)

Should we expect a treatment of Occultism and Sorcery similar in extension to Miracles or Sigil Rann?
