First of all MANY thanks to all of you. This is really a nice community :)

I finally finished the sheet: http://riegler.name/Esteren-Charactersheet.zip

I'm a bit in a hurry right now, and I'm away for the weekend, so you have a lot of time to double-check it (if you want to), I will fix it then on Monday ;)

@Iris: That's funny! I live in Heidelberg! Or better in Eppelheim (a small town 50m away from Heidelberg)

@ WoeRie : I remember the name of Eppelheim, but I'm not sure if it was north / south / west... My local geography was essentialy : north = hills + sport ; centre = library + baker + market ; east = river + home ... ... I had a really good time in Heidelberg :D

The sheet looks great. I have done one as well via excel and while I have cobbled it together, and much to do once i understand the game better, thought i would share it for those interested in providing some feedback.
This was done in a rush for a one shot we are doing tomorrow to test the system.
Hopefully the character gen part tm will help me quite a bit, as well as looking over your much more organized sheet.

I am posting here in case others are interested in looking at the sheet as well.

NOTE: UPdated the link for latest document changes from 08Jan15.

Just download it for Excel. It perhaps is more complicated than most people will like, but it works for my group. Still WIP and change to a googlesheet when time allows.
Let me know if any suggestions - thoughts,

Hi WoeRie, Quixol,
I have downloaded each of your sheets. I am pleased and excited, and will examine (by which I mean "use") them shortly, and if you wish will post my thoughts.
Thank you for using your talents to help the rest of us. :)

For clarity I separated the messages from the previous thread.

Looking forward to whatever comments, suggestions you and others have.
My time is a bit limited since I have a 20mos old daughter and recently switched jobs.
Both of which keep me quite busy...however looking to make updates this month to the sheet prior to starting up a campaign started in December.

We did a playtest last Sunday and it went great. Having a bunch of players go through creating a player gave me a much better idea of how to rearrange the sheet and what bits are a bit more important in supporting the character creation process.

The adventure itself also gave me a better feel myself for what some bits that would provide more support for the PCs in the game too.

All in all, the system worked great and the underlying horror and atmospheric feel of ominous dread was truly well supported esp with the sanity/trauma rules.

THanks again for a great game

I just updated the excel sheet (see the link above). I added stuff from Book 2 Travels, fixed a lot of bugs and changed the Outfit a bit that it is more clear what is printed and what not.

You should add the following freely available fonts to your system before using it (it also works with the standard fonts, but didn't look "Esteren"): carolingia.ttf and UnZialish.ttf.

Neat! Nice to see you're still taking care of this!
