Chivalric Orders and other Factions

So I was reading up on these guys and wondering how well received the various factions are throughout the peninsula. Do we find Hilderin Knights in Gwidre or Reihz, and are there Blades in Taol-Kaer and Reihz? My initial impression has generally been that Chivalric orders are more or less unique to each region. You don't generally find Hilderins outside of the borders of Taol-Kaer, Blades aren't well recieved anywhere but Gwidre, and a blade venturing outside of Gwidre should probably keep his affiliations a secret. Or am i overestimating the hostility between them?

Also would the Hilderin Knights going outside of Taol-Kaer be seen as an act of aggression since they answer to the Taolkeride crown?

Since the Hilderin Knights are representatives of the king's power it's seems natural to me that their area of action should be limited to Taol-Kaer's borders and it could be see as an act of aggression if they were to cross them.

The Blades on the other hands are a clerical order, you don't have to be a gwidritte to join the Temple and the order but you'll probably be under the local pressure outside Gwidre. Blades are only representatives of their religion so anywhere there are Unicists to protect they can pretend to be legitimate. their mission is, supposedly, only to protect the Temple and follow its doctrines not to enforce the law.
In that regards I think Blades may have a much more freedom to move around the peininsula than Hilderins, though it's risky, but they probably need an autorisation of the Temple to do so since it may find them a better use than wandering around.

Also, do not forget all the stigma associated to the Temple (War of the Temple, remember?): outside of Gwidre, where it is the official religion and Templists enjoys a privileged status, followers of the One in general are seen with suspicion... at best. In the most remote or traditionalistic regions of Taol-Kaer and Reizh, they will most probably be driven away, if not attacked on the spot.

An incursion of a squad of Blades in non-Gwidrite territory could very well be perceived as a provocation, or even as an act of war!

Since you recall the War of the Temple Clovis, Reizh and Taol-Kaer were allies at the time, so maybe Hilderin knights crossing the border chasing feondas or bandits in Reizh would be tolerated or even welcomed.

Well, Taol-Kaer and Reizh are still not exactly in very good terms, as the "Reizh" chapter in Book 1 - Universe shows. Hilderin knights barging into Reizh without any sort of warning would probably be met with "What the heck are you doing here!?" rather than "Well met, brothers!"

They are a military organization after all. Imagine Spanish troops coming into France unannounced. That just wouldn't fly!
