Secrets next?

This is the book most needed by players we have all been playing in campaigns without the Dearg book.... Can you enlighten us to what we are getting next with the KS

I'm sorry about Secrets, you'll have to wait a little more.

In the team we are two main writers for the game books : Nelyhann and me. I 'm working on "themas" : these are books 60 to 120 pages, focused on a thematic. Nel' writes on the "big" books :

Book 3 - Dearg
Book 4 - Secrets

He is actually finishing Dearg (wich won't be the book of the next KS )

The next KS will start in the next weeks / end of autumn.

What about will be next thema book ?

Are you planning to do thema book about Nobility?

We are considering it, yes. Hard to say whether we will indeed make one, and when we would release it. For the time being, we are focused on Dearg, which will take a solid handful of months to complete!

I would also love to see a book dedicated to the Demothèn Traditions. Maybe with a focus on the lost arts, or is that part of "Secrets"?

I'll try to give you some answers.

• Nobility : I already begun a thema, yes. I'm still not sure about the form. Actually it's organized into 3 books (I often write on more than one, working on the consistency of all linked aspects. The name of the 3 projects are : Nobility, Dùlan and "Forêt engloutie" (sunken forest ?).
• When ? As I will first finish the "Wild" project (Bestiary, The Hunt...), it would be ready not before 2018
• Demorthèn and lost arts : we are still discussing with Nel about where developp those aspects. Only in Secrets ? Or in a dedicated book linked to the Wild Project ? We'll see

Just to ensure I am understanding you right, Iris. You currently have 5(?) Thema projects on the go?

1) Bestiary (2018?)
2) The Hunt (2018?)
3) Nobility (20??)
4) Dulan (20??)
5) Sunken Forest (20??)

And I also help a bit Nelyhann on Dearg and I also work on "Dragons" (http://dragons-jdr.blogspot.fr/ )

... and I also sometimes work on canevas for future books ^^


Nelyhann and I do not work with the same approach. He writes generally only on 1 project, being very concentrated. I have "main project" and "secondary projects". As soon as I have an idea for one or another, I write it on the dedicated chapter.

For instance, I begun Occultism in august 2012, then wrote about the half of Travel in novembre-decembre 2012, then Black moon handbook (I think it was about septembre-decembre 2013), then again a big work on Occultism (about june-august 2014), and then Bestiary & The Hunt, about... well not sure now

Until june 2015 I used to had a second (quasi main job). I'm now fulltime writer, it also may change some aspects of the organisation.
