It would be great if there was a perk level that gave contributors instant access to the Book 0 pdf ... though I don't know how you would prevent people from canceling their donations once they downloaded the PDF.

We can't do that. A backer can cancel his pledge until the end.
Instead of a peldge we could offer an option. For example, a $5 option for those who wish to have the PDF right away instead of waiting until the end of the kickstarter.

Anyway Gully, it is a good idea. We will think about it.

Not that I'm not in at Farl Collector again, and I'm really looking forward to this after being impressed by the first KS products.

Whoever is in charge of making your Kickstarter page and all of the visuals does a fantastic job. On something like Kickstarter, presentation is as key as if you were pitching an idea to a corporate publisher.
