I belive this book is one of the most important sourcebooks for SoE but when will it be released?

There's no ETA for this book, which is indeed very much anticipated by the french community as well.
Latest hints suggested not to expect it for 2014 in France so, provided there's translation involved (and a great deal of it) before it hits the English market, I guess you shouldn't hold your breath on that one.

SeigneurAo summed it all. Secrets is a lot of work, and even though we are busting our chops to move the whole series forward, there is still a lot to be done!

So in the end, it will be ready...

Any news on the progress and book 3

For the time being, all I can tell you is that the series is still progressing, but that Secrets won't be the next book to come. All in due time!
