Hello everyone!

My name is Johnny and I bring you greetings from beautiful Ireland. I've been a steady gamer for 29 years. Some of the games I have under my belt are Dungeons and Dragons, Old World of Darkness, Farscape, Shadowrun, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Gaslight, Unhallowed, and Iron Kingdoms just to name a few.

I am highly interested in Shadows of Esteren and I would like to get my hands on the Corebook. I just happened to stumble upon the Kickstarter. I currently have nothing and would like to know how I can get what I need to play.

Cheers

Shadowsoul, welcome here!

The current Kickstarter offer you great deal. The Varigal pledge gives you a good starter pack. With High Varigal you can get the four books + some nice add ons and game aids. ALso, the more expensive but A LOT of materials (basically everything available) with the Osta-Baille peldge.

Please check this catalog for the current Kickstarter: http://esteren.org/shadows_of_esteren/k ... ptions.pdf

If you need anything, please ask :)

Welcome Shadowsoul! As a GM you'll probably want to pick up the Varigal level that Nel was talking about, plus a few extra copies of book 1 - Universe for your players to have a look through. If that is too deep for your pockets, then try the PDFs level :) I started a game this week and having extra copies of Book 1 would have been very helpful, I'm thinking of adding some in to this KS pledge for next time!

Hi :-)

Was talked into getting Book 0 and 1 at the Birmingham Games Expo last weekend and thought I would some over and say hi! When I say talked into - I wasn't planning on getting it but after Valantin (sp?) going over the game premise I found myself really liking it, and was soon getting money out to grab the books. I'm looking forward to having fun running some low fantasy in esteren soon!

God bless,
james

Hi All

I saw the stand at the UK Games expo and after talking with the friendly staff and looking at the books I was drawn in :).

I'm a software engineer from Manchester, England and have been playing board games and RPGs of all kinds for almost 30 years. Seeing a product that stands out from the rest of the crowd after a quick once over doesn't happen often.

Its way past my time to run a campaign with my friends and I think that SoE will give them and me something to enjoy and remember. You can almost feel the atmosphere.. and we've not started playing yet!

Another British! It seems like this convention has done wonders! Glad to see another RPG veteran get interested in Shadows of Esteren!

Hey all!:D

My name is John and i am currently studying as a chemical engineer in Greece and i sunk into the world of RPGs 5 years ago. It seemes i am pretty newbie around here:p
i found SoE recently and by chance as i was looking for a horror fantasy setting. It really picked my interest and since then i discovered it is pretty much everything i was looking for a new campaign i am about to start.
My favorite games are Fate, Earthdawn and Castle Falcenstein!
