On Google chrome I find it hard to press the Buttons to select two skills linked to your social class; you have to click them, but not click on there text - it took ages to figure it out. You might want to look at making that easier.

What version of Chrome do you have ? I couldn't reproduce the bug, even on IE, Opera or Firefox...

Thank you for this Pierstoval. A great tool for players and Leaders.
I will probably use the book to generate and then use this to generate sheets. Just too old fashioned.
One issue I did find and is possible it is my fault. The completed character sheets are the French versions. Nothing wrong with that, but being English my French is almost non-existant. (I can order a beer).
Am I missing something, or are English sheets for the future?

Nope, you're totally right, in fact it's a big problem for me because sheets in english and french do not have the same sorting method for the section "Domains & Disciplines". For the "printer-friendly" version, it's easy to modify, but not for the coloured one.

Nel have been kind enough with me to give me the sheets base files so I can modify them freely, but I'll have more mods to make on it (for example to store "Combat Arts" on another place than "Advantages & disadvantages", or to standardize the differences of text positionning throughout the three sheets

It's a big work, and actually, with Esteren Maps and new version of Corahn-Rin, and also with professional and family issues, I don't have that much time to rest

It wont let me passed the choosing disciplines portion i allocate my bonus points and still it wont give me the option to proceed to fighting arts

Fighting arts are only available when you have 5 in "Close Combat" or "Shooting and Throwing", even if you have many bonus points or no bonus points, you can access to the Fighting Arts page as long as one of these two domains has a score of 5

It just wouldnt let me go beyond that page, but tried it in google chrome instead and it worked just fine dont know if that was a browser issue or site but it ended up working. I love this, just wish it offered printed sheets in english as well. I have lurked on this site long enough i can read the character sheet my players might have trouble though. Is it weird that this game made me want to learn french :p

I totally understand your wish and needs ! I'd like so much to work full-time on each Esteren projects, but unfortunately I have to get money to buy food for my family :p
Anyway, the sources are online, anyone could check them and ask me how it works, I would be pleased to see people contribute to the actual program, so I could just check it, test it and implement it !

Also, for the english character sheet, the problem is on the sheets themselves : the domains are not ordered at the same place, the datas are shifted some pixels away, so I would probably need to create an entire new "sheets manager" for english sheet, and this is not what I want.
Nelyhann gave me months ago the original sheets so I can modify them only for the generator, but time, time...

Great work on this wonderful tool, thanks a lot for your contribution.

I was testing the English version and saw the following problems (if you ever get time to spend on it). Some of them are cosmetic, some of them are deal breakers (like ending up with the French character sheet at the end). I've tested this with the latest version of Chrome on Windows 7:

CHARACTER GENERATOR

-- When creating a character and reaching the Setbacks page, the interface switches to French if the char. is old enough to have setbacks. The explanation text and the two buttons (manual choice versus random) are in French. Once you choose an option, it's back to English. I don't have a problem with that, being bilingual, but it may be a show stoper for others.

-- On the Ways page, the name of each Way is in French, but their description is in English.

-- On the Primary and Secondary Domain, the name and description of the profession are in French

-- At the very end, once the character is created, the character sheet is in 100% in French (that one is a bit of a deal breaker for Engilsh users I'm afraid).

VIEW A CHARACTER

-- When choosing the view a character option in the menu bar at the top, only a list of French language characters is visible (and when accessing them, their CS is in French of course). Shouldn't there be a separate list for English language characters ?

ACCESSING PREMADE CHARACTERS

-- When accessing the premade characters from your Facebook page, which is both in French and english, al the premade characters are 100% in French.

So basically, although the interface is translated into English, I could not find a way to access an English CS at all.

Note: I've created an account, logged in and switched language to English in the interface, to no avail.
