This is excellent news to hear. All I have to say is, about time.

A question for you. Is the plan on this to move all the [EN] threads from the French section of the forums to the English section, or will you be leaving them where they are?

I'm pretty sure they'll move all the threads to the proper english section.
The only thing they might not do though is moving the threads filled with both english and french posts.

Yeah, that's what I'm hoping for and what I'm expecting as well. But one never knows, and it's going to depend on how complex it is to do this.

I've also realised something... once the English section goes up, I'll have to read both the French *and* the English sections. More Esteren to love, I guess!

Vu que tu es le seul à avoir ce problème, je penserais plus à un côté hébergement problématique.

Promis, je ne ferai pas de blagues sur la similitude entre ton avatar qui saute et les bâtiments en Corse qui suivent le même chemin.

Comme je n'ai aucun bouton pour "parcourir" une image depuis mon profil utilisateur et qu'il semble ne pas accepter les chemins locaux du type "c:\avatar.jpg", j'ai bien été obligé de mettre l'avatar sur une page Wordpress.com et copier l'URL. Ca tient quelques temps (j'ai du remettre l'image 3 fois depuis mon inscription).

Il n'est pas certain que je sois le seul impacté : j'ai déjà observé l'absence d'image sur au moins un autre forumeur.

N'est-il pas possible que le forum stocke l'image d'avatar en interne, plutôt que d'aller la chercher sur la toile ? C'est pas ça qui va alourdir la base, AMHA.

Pour le reste, aucun rapport évidemment : mon avatar ne sautant pas spécialement les soirs de plasticage.
