Re: Alternative Map of Tri-Kazel

Oh my, this is some very, very good work! The content of the original map is well respected, and the attention to detail is truly exquisite; congratulations for such a result!

Re: Clarification: Thorns

Putting an errata online for the community would indeed definitely be something to do. I'll see what can be done in this regard. And thank you for your understanding. Even though we cannot afford to hire a full-fledged team of translators and copy editors, we are doing our best to provide a translat...

Re: New Profession - Entertainer

As far as I'm concerned, like WoeRie, I would simply pick the "Bard" profession for an entertainer. After all, the various occupations presented in the book are meant to be broad examples of what a Character can be trained in; not very specific definitions of all the possible trades in Esteren. For ...

Re: Clarification: Thorns

Yep, unfortunately, this is a translation error; the correct word should be "Brambles" instead of "Thorns"... I honestly apologize for such problems, but as you can imagine, keeping track of all the game's terms and making sure they all match is no easy task, even with a whole proofreading team to h...

Of course, I see what you mean. If you want to be prepared to deal with such a situation, just in case, then it's all to your credit!

Re: Présentations.. Presentaciones..

Re: Introduction of the Members

Well, I guess I'd better introduce myself as well... although I guess the name should ring a bell for more than one member! I am Clovis, the translator of Book 1, and long time role-player! I have been involved in the Esteren project for more than two years now, and I hope to keep contributing produ...

Re: Rules for bigger battles

Hi there, Indeed, as Dain said, rules for mass combat are not part of the current system for Esteren, nor are they likely to be implemented in the future, since Esteren focuses on small scale adventures. However, as you said, there is nothing preventing you from making up your own rules, either by i...

Re: Questions about some Disciplines (and others)

I'm glad to be there as well, Johnk! However, I must shamefully say that I do not distinctly remember meeting at Gen Con... which is actually not much of a surprise: combine my poor memory with the high number of people I met there, and you can easily understand why I am not able to put a face to ev...
