Has anyone else not received their Dearg package?

Apparently 1000+ have been sent out yet I have not received mine. This is very annoying as it's now available at UKGE to pickup for everyone else. I'm hoping i'm not going to end up with months of negotiation again trying to get this

I'm with you on the completionist...it's both a blessing and a curse Worth every penny though. I've got many books, RPG systems etc. and the production quality of this is second to none! Can't get enough of it.
