I guess you can guess form the subject line. Is there any way to gain quickly health like e.g. using a health potion (which not exist as I can see?).

Or is it "just" Rest and hope for a quick one point heal with first aid?

Im the "Leader" of a Esteren Group first formed last Sunday. We have 5 players - they chose: Yldiane, Ean, Arven, Urvan and Eoghan as Characters. 5 Players is a challenge, but I guess it was a good Sunday. We played starting 14:00 until 23:00.

So - every Hero starts with zero boxes checked - correct?
If they fail a sanity test I will check the box ...
