Downloadable files from Book 1?

Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but I'm still getting the feel for the forums ...

I'm looking for the various downloads mentioned in Book 1. For example p246 mentions a downloadable version of the summoning chart at www.esteren.org. I think it also mentions a Sanity Leader's Sheet. Our these available? If not no problem, I'll make do with printing out the PDF pages from the book.

This is our fault, we don't have put online the US version for these files yet.
We will work on that as soon as possible..
